What this site collects.
Pruvia Consulting uses this website as a brochure and a way to request a consult. It is not a client portal and it is not a place to send records.
The contact form
If you submit the form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, work email, office name, office type, phone if you add one, and your message. FormSubmit delivers that message by email to hello@pruviaconsulting.com. We use it to reply and to decide whether a conversation makes sense. We do not sell it.
What not to send
Do not send client matter details, privileged material, or patient information through the form or to the public inbox. If a message arrives with that kind of detail, email hello@pruviaconsulting.com and ask us to delete it.
Project work
Engagements are set up so tools run in the client’s own accounts whenever possible. Pruvia does not operate a warehouse of matter files or patient records.
Cookies and analytics
The pages we publish do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and they do not embed third-party trackers. The contact form sends you to FormSubmit when you submit it, under their handling of that delivery.
