About

AI consulting for offices that cannot afford a science project.

Pruvia works with law firms and doctor offices in the Atlanta metro and remotely. We install AI that staff will actually use, with review still sitting where it belongs — with the attorney or the clinician.

How the work is informed

Two views of the same office.

The recommendations come from building operational systems and from the way a medical office actually runs on a busy day. Neither one is enough by itself.

Systems side

Custom software, networks, and operational tools for businesses that run on messy, real days. The job is to pick a system the office can own, wire it to one workflow, and leave documentation a person can follow.

Clinic-side view

Live medical-office experience is how we know which AI ideas die the first time a full waiting room hits the front desk. If the tool needs a quiet hour and a specialist to operate, it does not ship.

Working rules

What every engagement is held to.

These are the constraints we would rather lose a project over than quietly drop.

  1. One workflow. We do not boil the practice. The first install earns the second, or it does not happen.
  2. Your accounts. Tools run where you can see them, export them, and turn them off.
  3. A named owner. Someone on your staff is responsible for the tool after rollout.
  4. A review step. Nothing reaches a client or patient without a person in your office.
  5. A result you can feel. We look at whether time came back, and we say so if it did not.

Where

Atlanta metro, and remote when the work allows it.

In-person time is for walking the actual workflow: the front desk, the intake desk, the place the pile of drafts accumulates. Remote is fine for the build once that path is clear.

A straight answer is part of the job

If AI is the wrong fix for the bottleneck you describe, we will say that on the consult. The point of the first conversation is a decision, not a proposal that assumes a build.
