AI consulting · law firms · doctor offices

AI that works the way your practice already works.

Pruvia designs and installs AI systems for attorneys and doctor offices — intake, documents, scheduling, and follow-up — with a human still responsible for every client or patient decision.

  • Atlanta metro and remote
  • Tools run in your accounts
  • Review stays in your office

Your systems

The assistant lives in accounts the office controls. Pruvia does not keep a copy of the work.

A person decides

Drafts, reminders, and checklists can move fast. Sending, filing, and clinical or legal judgment stay with your people.

One job at a time

We start with a single workflow. If it does not earn its place, we say so before anything else gets built.

Who we serve

Built for professional offices, not a generic chatbot.

The work is different in a firm and in a clinic. The rule is the same: AI prepares, a professional finishes.

Law firms

Faster first drafts, cleaner intake, and follow-up that does not live in one person’s inbox.

  • New-matter intake and conflict-check prep
  • First drafts from the firm’s own templates
  • Status updates and follow-up that has an owner
Law firm work

Doctor offices

Front-desk load, reminders, and admin writing that pulls clinicians off the floor. Nothing that pretends to diagnose.

  • Reminders, confirmations, and after-hours capture
  • Front-desk scripts and internal how-we-do-this notes
  • Admin drafts finished by the clinician

Process

From a messy workflow to a tool someone owns.

  1. 01

    Consult

You tell us the office and the bottleneck. We say whether AI is the right fix.

  2. 02

    Audit

We map how the work actually moves, including where a draft must stop for a person.

  3. 03

    Install

We build only the approved piece, in your accounts, against your templates and rules.

  4. 04

    Hand off

Staff practice it. A named owner keeps it. We look at whether time came back.

Fit

A good first conversation is specific.

  • You can point at one repeating workflow.
  • Someone on staff can own the tool after we leave.
  • A person can review the output before it reaches a client or patient.

Describe the bottleneck

Work we turn down

  • A public bot that advises clients or patients
  • A setup that requires us to hold matter files or patient records
  • A demo with nobody assigned to use it
  • Anything that practices law or medicine in place of your people

Questions

Before you write.

Do you keep client or patient files?

No. The form on this site is for starting a conversation. Project tools run in your accounts. Pruvia does not operate a matter or patient-record warehouse.

Does this replace the attorney or the clinician?

No. The system prepares drafts, reminders, and checklists. A person in your office decides what is sent, filed, or acted on.

Do we need a custom model?

Almost never for a first project. The work is choosing a tool, tying it to one job, and setting the review step. A custom model is a later conversation, and only if a normal tool cannot do the job.

Which tools do you install?

Whatever the office can own. Often that is software you already pay for, plus an assistant configured in your accounts. We pick after seeing the workflow, not before.

What does it cost?

We quote after the workflow is specific. The audit can stand on its own. Installation happens only if you approve the recommendation.

Where do you work?

Atlanta metro in person when that helps, and remote for offices elsewhere. The consult starts by email either way.

Have a workflow that is eating the week?

Tell us the office type and the bottleneck. We will tell you if AI is the right fix.
